Terms and Conditions

Please note all quotations as submitted subject to the below listed terms and conditions.

Fixed Prices

All quotations are subject to a fixed price period as stated within the quotation.
All prices are conditional upon the continued support and availability of materials from the specified worktop manufacturer.
All prices are subject to site survey. Should kitchens or bathrooms at template stage be found to be materially larger than quoted, or require additional material beyond that allowed for, Elite Granite reserves the right to revise the quotation accordingly.

Material Availability

Elite Granite will make every reasonable effort to secure the specified materials. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, additional costs, or programme impacts arising from manufacturer supply issues or wider supply‑chain constraints.

Technical Standards & Tolerances

Our standard fabrication tolerance is ±0.5%.
Tolerance between walls and worktops: ±5 mm (where upstands are not fitted).
Tolerance between cladding and wall units: typically 3 mm – 8 mm, subject to site conditions.

Warranty Periods (from Date of Installation)

Silicone works: 12 months.
Worktop joints: 24 months.
Material performance and defects: as per the individual manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
Elite Granite cannot be held responsible for failures arising from structural movement, substrate failure, or third‑party workmanship.

Delivery, Load‑Out & Installation

All works are undertaken in accordance with our Quality Plan and RAMS (available on request).
All installation areas must be accessible from delivery vehicles within a maximum distance of 20 metres via a flat, stable route suitable for wheeled trolleys.
Unless expressly stated, no allowance has been made for vertical transportation of materials. We have assumed the use of a lift, hoist, or FLT where required.
Due to the size and weight of stone worktops, vertical transportation may not always be safe or feasible. Adequate planning must be undertaken prior to delivery.
These provisions also apply to any additional or replacement items, irrespective of the reason for supply.

Kitchen Cabinetry & Structural Support

All kitchen cabinets must be correctly installed, level, and securely fixed to the wall prior to template and installation.
Where units are set away from walls, adequate rear battens must be installed to fully support the worktop.
Void areas including appliance spaces, corners, and areas around services or soil vent pipes must be suitably battened.
All worktop joints must be fully supported from below.
While Elite Granite will endeavour to highlight any obvious issues, failure to do so does not transfer responsibility for future defects or failures.

Additional Charges

Elite Granite will make reasonable efforts to confirm readiness for template and installation visits.
Where an aborted visit occurs due to site conditions or readiness issues beyond our control, an aborted visit charge equivalent to the applicable labour cost shall be payable.

Payment Terms

Non‑account customers: Pro‑forma payment.
Account customers: 30 days from end of month, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
