As with many things the process of templating for worksurfaces and cladding as moved on significantly over recent years and here at Elite Granite we employ the very latest technology.

 

Our 5 templating teams spread thought the UK carry out all our templating utilising tripod mounted lasers to produce highly accurate, digital files which are uploaded to the factory via email. As well as producing the records we need to feed into our CNC machines it also gives us the opportunity to review the room and any furniture installed.

Multiple photographs are also taken at this time as part of our QA procedure and these are reviewed back at the factory by our technical team in advance of fabrication, so as to help avoid any installation problems.

All our templaters are fully trained and experienced coming from either a stone fitting or kitchen installation background.

They all carry CSCS cards are fully equipped with the necessary PPE and are well used to working in site conditions. This process of working means that no time is lost between the template be taken and the fabrication being scheduled.
