Utilising the very latest CNC technology, fabrication takes place at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility situated just outside Birmingham.

As soon as we receive templates back from site, they are thoroughly checked by our technical team to ensure the following.

 

1.       That the kitchen / bathroom as fitted matches the agreed layout.

2.       That we have all the correct details for the sinks, taps, hobs and backsplash panels.

3.       That any extra items such as drainer grooves, pop up socket cut outs and window cills have been accounted for.

4.       That we have a both a complete template confirming all sizes and along with a suite of detailed photos of the kitchen as fitted.

 

Any queries will be raised promptly prior to fabrication to ensure that what goes to site to be installed is 100% correct.

 

As soon as the template details have been confirmed the electronic files produced on site are automatically upload directly onto our CNC machines for cutting and polishing ensuring total accuracy against the site dimensions.

 

Following the fabrication process every item is then cleaned and individually inspected to ensure that they are dimensionally correct and fault free.

 

Finally, each set of tops is labelled and made ready for collection by one of teams of fitters.
